DUTIES OR ROLES

  • Handle the banking duties of ACGG.
  • Maintains and updates the cash register on a daily basis.
  • Files all pay-in-slips.
  • Maintains a cheque register book for ACGG.
  • Monitor daily revenue centers targeted and collections and update the accounts officer regularly.
  • Prepare petty cash book.
  • File returns regularly and much compliance.
  • DBS Accounting required/ RSA stage III/ ABCB.

SKILLS OR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two years of relevant work experience.
  • Must have banking knowledge and office procedures.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must be familiar with basic accounting/bank-keeping skills.
  • Must possess record-keeping skills.
